MINI STOCKS RULES
This class is for modified 4
cylinder cars, Inline 4 cylinder cars 2 wheel drive.
No all wheel drives or conversions allowed.
BODIES
Any steel body allowed. Must
use stock roof/quarter panels. Stock firewall/floor
boards. Aftermarket front/rear covers allowed.
No down force front covers. Lexan front windshield
only. No side windows. Rear spoiler allowed.
CHASSIS
No
tube chassis allowed. No relocating of shock or strut
towers. Frames may be cut forward of strut towers,
rear of shock/strut towers replaced with square tube.
Fuel cell must be mounted 12" from ground. 2" camber
right front, 1" left front, 1" on rear.
SUSPENSION
Any spring allowed. No coil
over sleeves/adjusters allowed. 4" minimum ride height
with driver. No adjustable shocks/struts. No
bump stops of any kind. Stock type sway bar allowed
with adjusters. No tubular control arms allowed.
7" maximum racing rims allowed any offset 74" maximum tread
width 60 Series dot radial tire allowed with maximum tread
width of 7". No tire softener allowed.
If caught you will lose all points to that date. The
track reserves the right to use stiffer penalties if deemed
necessary.
WEIGHT
1 lb. per cc. ie. 2.0
= 2000 lbs. 2000 lbs minimum with driver. 54%
left side weight maximum.
ENGINES
Inline 4 cylinder. Stock block/head assembly. No
rotary-boxsterr engines. .040 overbore allowed.
Aftermarket pistons allowed. maximum compression
11.5.1. No lightening of crankshaft/rod assembly.
No dry sump oil systems. 450. lift at valve camshaft
maximum adjustable cam gear allowed. No porting of
cylinder head. Stock size valves. Stainless
allowed. Stock type header allowed. No homemade
intake manifolds. Under drive pully's allowed.
Fuel injected cars may run aftermarket computers/injectors.
Carburated car may run 7448 (350 card).
9. TRANSMISSION
No limited slips/locker differentials allowed. No
racing clutches allowed. Lightened flywheels allowed.
No aluminum flywheels.
