The rules, regulations and specifications contained in these documents are designed to provide orderly conduct for our racing events and to establish minimum, acceptable requirements for all events and those participating in them. All competitors and those associated with them are required to comply. There is no warranty expressed or implied with regard to safety by following these rules. Auto racing is a dangerous sport. These rules are intended as a guide only and in no way offer a guarantee against injury or death to participants or spectators.

Since it would be impossible to list with any rule book all the modifications and infractions that could be illegal, it shall be understood that Wiscasset Raceway management reserves the right to modify the rules at any time and to make those changes effective at any time. Infractions will be dealt with in any means as determined by Wiscasset Raceway management.
